Rooted in an Authentic Buddhist Lineage
In 1985, Khenpo was ordained at the Larung Gar Five Sciences Buddhist Academy, founded by His Holiness Jigme Phuntsok Rinpoche. From an aerial view, Larung Gar resembles a red lotus blossoming amidst snow-capped mountains — one of the world's largest and most influential centers for the study of Tibetan Buddhism, upholding the spirit of Rimé and training hundreds of scholars who spread the Buddha's wisdom across the globe.
