[Khenpo Sodargye's Lecture in Xidian University] In his speech, the Khenpo discussed the relationship between life and the human heart, emphasizing the influence of mindset on destiny. A person's life is directly determined by the state of their heart. If one's heart is filled with negative emotions, pain and misfortune will continuously arise; while a kind heart brings good fortune and happiness. Destiny is not solely determined by external circumstances; more importantly, it depends on one's inner attitude and actions. Through examples like the story of Lula, it is shown that a compassionate heart can change one's destiny. Ultimately, true happiness and joy can only be truly mastered through understanding the nature of the mind and realizing one's true nature.
